Titanic Hitting Iceberg

Yes, we all know Titanic sank because she hit an iceberg. But there are many other reasons why she hit the iceberg & sank. One because there was a rare mirage that night that made the iceburg look like it wasnt even there, also due to the way the ship was made some parts where weaker than others, the rivets and the steel were not as strong in certain places due to the shape of the hull of the boat.

The Titanic was built, sent out, and sunken. They never had a practice run to make sure she worked or anything. She sank on her maiden voyage. On board she had about 2,200 people, 1,503 people died and 705 people survived.

Fun Fact: There where 12 dogs on board and 3 survived.
